Pamela Anderson launches a new line of vegan handbags

Pamela Anderson has teamed up with Ashoka to launch a line of vegan handbags. The French brand is known for making cruelty-free handbags, using apple leather as the material for their bags.

Ashoka launched the handbag on Instagram. “The Pamela Shopping bag is available! The latest bag in the complete Apple Skin capsule collection co-created with committed star Pamela Anderson. It’s a large shopping bag with an original clasp on the outside pocket, several inside pockets and a removable pouch. It exists in black, terracotta, nude and red. writes the mark. To celebrate the launch, the brand teamed up with animal rights group PETA for a giveaway, giving a fan a handbag in the color of their choice.

It’s the second line Anderson has done in partnership with Ashoka, a brand that has dubbed her “a committed woman on all fronts.” A portion of the proceeds from the bags will be donated to the Pamela Anderson Foundation, an organization that supports human, animal and environmental rights.
